Cancellations

Patients that cancel appointments with short notice (less than 2 hours) will incur a fee of $20.00.

Patients who fail to arrive on more than one occasion will incur a $30.00 fee.

Prescriptions: It is practice policy that an appointment is needed if you require a script.  Our doctors feel that it is best and safest for our patients to return for all script renewals.  This allows for medication to be reviewed and your health to be monitored.

Test results: It is necessary to phone the clinic for results of all test and procedures, you will then be advised if a follow-up appointment is required.  In the event of a clinically significant result, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make a follow up appointment to discuss the results with your doctor.  SMS requests are sent to patients to make an appointment regarding test results.  It is not practice policy to notify patients of normal results.

Reminder system is available as our practice is committed to preventative care.  We may send you an occasional reminder regarding health services appropriate to your care.  If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know.

Covid Vaccinations: are available after hours during our COVID Clinics, please phone reception to book your appointment on 9716 2207.

Home Visits : Our clinic offers home/institution visits for current patients who are unable to attend the clinic and live in the local area.  You can request a home visit by phoning reception, however it will be at the doctors discretion if a home visit is provided.

After hours care: When the clinic is closed, our practice employs Hello Home Doctor Service to provide out of hours medical attention, please phone 13 41 00.
