Appointments

Consultation is by appointment.  Please contact Reception on 9716 2207 to schedule an appointment, or Book Online. Urgent cases will be seen on the day where possible.

​​We require 4 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival; otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Home visits are available for special reasons when approved by your doctor.  Please contact the clinic on 9716 2207 first thing in the morning to arrange a home visit.

Long appointments are important for complex problems including:
  • Discussion of Multiple Health Issues

  • Insurance medical

  • Health review

  • Counselling or Mental Health Care Plans

  • Second opinion

  • Childrens Vaccinations

Please notify us if you are unable to attend an appointment well in advance.

If more than one person from your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.

After hours and emergency

For after hours care please phone 9716 2207 and listen to the message. 

 

All after-hours care is provided by National Home Doctor Service and a doctor is available to attend your home if you require.  National Home Doctor Service is contactable on 13 74 25.


Billing arrangements

Our medical clinic is a private billing practice and fees are payable at the time of consultation.  Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and children under 16 years are bulk billed Monday to Friday.

Our clinic offers Medicare Ezyclaim: for eligible services your Medicare rebate is paid back to your DEBIT CARD immediately after you have paid your account at the practice.

Payment can be made via cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
